Professional career of Théo Simon
Théo Simon defended his thesis in management science at Nantes University in December 2021 and is qualified section 06. He previously graduated with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organization Theory, and a Master's degree in Ergology from Aix-Marseille University. He has spent many time in the fieldwork, working as a research engineer on a qualitative research at Pôle Emploi, and as a research assistant at Audencia Business School, as a visiting doctoral student at Oxford University (OII), and as a lecturer in HRM, strategy and research methods at Audencia, Polytech Nantes, École des Mines and ENSAM, as well as for the last two years as a post-doctoral researcher at Le CNAM (HT2S) on the research-action ORDISPAM, ANR program. He is now an independent researcher, strategy consultant and associate member of the Lirsa. His research focuses on the transformation of public organizations driven by new relations with society, notably with public participation and the securing of IT practices. He is particularly interested in the role played by the values (social and economic) attributed by stakeholders to these phenomena in their work organization.
