Professional career of Silvia Napolitano
Silvia Napolitano defended her PhD thesis in Development Economics at the University of Roma Tre (Italy) in 2016.
After two years as a lecturer at the University of Nanterre and Tours, she joined the Center for Employment and Labor Studies (CEET). Since 2019, she is a postdoctoral researcher in the European Horizon 2020 project "Beyond 4.0".
Her current research focuses on the measurement of technological transformation and organizational practices of firms, as well as their socio-economic consequences, by mobilizing European surveys of employers and households.
