Sakura Shimada is a lecturer in management sciences at Cnam and a member of Lirsa since October 2015. She received her PhD in management sciences in 2014 from the University of Paris Dauphine. Her dissertation focused on a French-Japanese comparison of intergenerational learning in light of continuity and evolution of organizational competencies. This current work revolves around the strategic and cultural dimensions of knowledge and skill evolution, both at the individual and organizational levels.
