Richard Malle is Director of Research & Innovation at BNP Paribas Real Estate. He is an Associate Professor at the Cnam and teaches real estate economics at the Institute of Economic and Legal Studies (ICH) in Paris (since 2012). He is also a member of the scientific council of the Institute of Real Estate Professionals Financing (IFPImm) and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the University of Paris Dauphine (2009), a Master's degree in Economic Analysis (2006) and a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics (2005).
