Professional career of Pascale De Rozario

PDRPascale De Rozario received her PhD in comparative sociology on the European governance of the European Social Fund (France, Finland, Italy) from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris in 2006 under the supervision of Philippe d'Iribarne. She defended her habilitation to direct research (Hdr) on modernity and its avatars in management sciences at the University of Poitiers (IAE-Cerege) in 2013. She is currently a lecturer (Hdr) in management sciences. Since 2016, she has supervised and defended 6 theses (Abbé-Grégoire doctoral school), has been rapporteur and member of 10 juries in management, and is currently supervising 3 on the issues of women's entrepreneurship, organizational socialization, territorial psychological contract of employer groups.
