Professional career of Pascal Jouxtel
Pascal Jouxtel defended his PhD thesis in management science at HESAM University in 2022. He previously graduated from ISAE-SUPAERO and ENSATT "Rue Blanche". He worked in marketing and the telecom industry (in human resources) before moving into management consulting, first in a large firm and then as an independent consultant. He is now a lecturer in several public and private institutions, including Le Cnam, and a member of Lirsa. He works on the applications of evolutionary theory to business practices, on managerial and cultural transition processes in companies, and more generally on the theorization of change.
