Professional career of Olfa Gréselle-Zaïbet

Olfa Gréselle-Zaïbet is a senior lecturer (Hors Classe) at CNAM Paris. She holds a Ph.D. and is authorized to supervise doctoral research in management science and management. A member of AGRH, she co-leads the Thematic Research Group “HRM, Digital Transformations, AI, and the Metaverse” and is involved in the work of the Chair “Future of Work and Managerial Innovations: Learning Lab Human Change.” 


A specialist in collective intelligence at Lirsa, she is the national coordinator of the research methodology seminar (FPG238) for the Master’s 2 in Human Resources and Digital Transformations, for which she serves as the operational director. Her current research focuses on social dialogue, digital transformations, and collective dynamics.
