Professional career of Emilie Michelin

EMichelinMICHELIN, Émilie defended her thesis entitled "Collaborative public innovation and multi-stakeholder, multi-scale dynamics: a study of institutional practices: the challenge of combating domestic violence in rural areas" in management sciences at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Cnam) in 2024. She previously graduated from the Cnam with a Master's degree in Sociology of Work and Human Resources Management and worked for 26 years in the public sector, notably as director of a public child protection institution. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Idhéap in Switzerland, teaches at Cnam, and is a member of Lirsa. She works on topics related to collaborative public innovation and multi-stakeholder, multi-level governance based on complex and sensitive projects such as child protection and domestic violence.
