Professional career of Hervé Colas
Hervé COLAS defended his thesis in Management Sciences at the University of Paris Dauphine in 1999. He is a graduate of HEC and has a DEA in mathematical economics from Paris-Nanterre. A certified public accountant, he is president of a group of certified public accountants and business services. He has been director of several institutions of higher education in management. He has lectured in a dozen major schools and universities in France and abroad.
He is an Associate Professor of Organizational Theory at the CNAM and a member of Lirsa. He. Studies via qualitative approaches the symbolic and ritual dimension of management (the subject of his thesis), the questions of identity, leadership and transmission in family businesses (his recent publications).
