Professional career
Lohier Célestine graduated from Paris 8 Vincennes – Saint-Denis University and defended her thesis in economics in 2023. She joined Le CEET in 2019 as an affiliated doctoral student. She is a member of Lirsa and currently works on public employment segmentation.
