Professional career of Bettina Bouchayer
Bettina Bouchayer defended her PhD thesis in management science at HESAM University in 2023. She previously obtained a master’s degree from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in organizational consulting and change management. She worked for international groups in France and Germany in marketing before shifting her focus to organizational for strategic implementation. In recent years, she has helped companies improve performance in an industrial environment.
Her research focuses on organizational development and sense-making from the perspective of strategic anticipation.
