Pennaforte, Antoine defended his thesis in 2010 in management sciences at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. He previously graduated from Cnam in HRM and sociology, from the University of Reims Champagne in contemporary history and worked for five years in the HRD of a large service company. He is now a lecturer at the Cnam, a member of Lirsa and a consultant for organizations (at LS&P). He works on the themes of organizational behavior, organizational socialization, management, involvement and neuro-atypicals.
