Professional career of Olivier Lengagne
Olivier LENGAGNE defended his thesis in management sciences at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in December 2024 on the tension between adaptation practices and anticipation practices in a context of constant change. He has been a senior healthcare executive since 2019 at the HNIA Bégin in Saint Mandé.
In his management role, he has led numerous initiatives leading to the pooling of services, the deployment of new tools, particularly digital ones, and the implementation of professional development programmes for paramedical staff based on the development of new skills and practices. He has put his experience to good use in managing the COVID crisis by supporting the adaptation of his hospital while anticipating the risks of the pandemic.
