Professional career of Olfa Greselle

OG

Olfa Gréselle-Zaïbet has a doctorate in Management Sciences. She is a lecturer at LIRSA-HESAM, Cnam Paris, where she is the national coordinator of the "Human Resources Management" degree and co-responsible for the Certificate of Competence and the "Becoming actors of transformations in an uncertain world" degree. She is a member of the AGRH where she co-coordinates the GRT "GRH, digital transformations and AI" and is associated with the work of the chair "Future of work and managerial innovations: Learning Lab Human Change" at the Cnam. She teaches HRM, social dialogue and research methodology. Her current research focuses on managerial innovation, digital transformations, Collective Intelligence and collective attitudes and behaviors.
