Professional career of Nathalie Greenan
Nathalie Greenan is an economist specialising in the analysis of changes in private and public organisations, their economic performance and their consequences for employees and the labour market. She is a professor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) and a member of the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Recherches et Sciences de l'Action (LIRSA). She directs the cross-disciplinary research programs Organisational change, work and employment of the Centre d'Etudes de l'Emploi et du Travail (CEET) and Policies of organisations of the Research Federation Theories and Evaluation of Public Policies (TEPP, FR N°2042 CNRS). Active since 2005 in European research networks and projects in the Humanities and Social Sciences, she is the scientific leader of the French participation in the European projects BRIDGES 5.0 (2023-2026), GI-NI (2021-2025) and BEYOND 4.0 (2019-2023), which address work, employment and training issues in the context of technological transformations, globalisation and migration. She also coordinated the CAGE project (2017-2022) funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR) which evaluates the effectiveness of collective bargaining in the area of gender equality.
