Professional career
Nadia Bouddane defended her doctoral thesis in management sciences at HESAM University in 2021. Her thesis focuses on the leadership-governance dyad as a lever for organizational change, with research findings in the Moroccan context. She also graduated from iaelyon School of Management and holds a Research Master's degree in socio-economic management. She has worked for more than fifteen years in change management and organizational transformation, implementing adapted and integrated management systems, as well as in risk management by adopting a holistic approach in various business sectors in France and Morocco. She is currently a reflective practitioner-professor and an associate researcher, and a member of Lirsa. Her work focuses on topics related to organizational governance and its cross-cutting issues, adaptive governance, the leadership-governance dyad, action research, leadership, risk management, strategic management, change management, and organizational transformation.
