Professional career of Marion Mauchaussée
Marion Mauchaussée defended her thesis in economics in 2022 at the Lille University. In her thesis, she studies "the margins of employment in the public service". Using databases (employment surveys and information systems on public service employees) and interviews, she analyses the management practices of non-tenured public service employees by employers, as well as the profiles and mobilities of these employees.
Marion Mauchaussée is currently a post-doctoral researcher at CEET-CNAM and an associate member of LIRSA. As part of her contract, she is continuing the work she started on labour market movements.
