Professional career of Marie-Astride Le Theule
Marie-Astrid Le Theule is a university professor, having been certified by the CNU as a Professor of Universities (HDR). Her research focuses, on the one hand, on the construction of accounting figures in the hospital and judicial sectors, and, on the other hand, on the links between management and creativity. Her research method is ethnographic, influenced by the sociologists of the Chicago School, and supplemented by documentary films (Aliquante, Le prix de la vie, Tes yeux entendaient la musique). She has conducted research on artists’ squats, children’s literature, palliative care services, and the development of legal rules. She has published *Passeurs de création: gestionnaires des organisations culturelles*—based on her multi-award-winning dissertation—with Editions Vuibert (2010), and *L’art du sens dans les organisations* with J.-L. Moriceau and H. Letiche (2019), as well as articles in *Critical Perspectives on Accounting*, *Revue Française de Gestion*, *Management International*, *M@n@gement*, and *Organization Studies*. Furthermore, as a certified public accountant, she has published educational texts (DCG, Unit 10, Advanced Accounting; and DSCG, Unit 4, Accounting and Auditing, published by Vuibert; and *Le mini-manuel de comptabilité financière* and *Lexique de comptabilité*, published by Dunod), as well as professional articles.
