Majda SEGHIR

Majda Seghir has a PhD in economics and is a researcher at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), a member of Lirsa and the Centre d'Etudes de l'Emploi et du Travail (CEET). Her research, mainly conducted in the framework of European projects, focuses on issues related to the quality of employment, working conditions, and the impact of technological transformations on the demand and supply of skills on the labor market. She also works on methodological aspects related to the harmonization and integration of employer and employee data at the European level.
