Christophe de la Mardière has been a professor at the CNAM since September 2013, holding the chair in corporate taxation; he has been a full member of the training council since 2018. A graduate of the Faculty of Law, he studied at the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). He was a tax inspector (1988-1997), specializing in corporate taxation. He was a lecturer and then professor at the University of Burgundy (1997-2013). A disciple of Professor Maurice Cozian, who prefaced his thesis, Christophe de la Mardière co-edited the collected works of this great master of tax law. He worked for a law firm at the Council of State and the Court of Cassation (1997-2008) and was a member of the committee on tax abuse (2009-2013). In 2011, he was president of the jury for the Best Young Tax Lawyer Award. He is a member of the board of directors of the International Institute of Tax Sciences, the European Association of Tax Law Professors, the French Society of Public Finance, and the Society for the History of Law. Finally, he is editorial secretary of the European and International Tax Law Review.
