Christophe de la Mardière has been a professor at the Cnam since September 2013, holding the chair of corporate taxation; director of the Law and Real Estate Department (EPN 14) since 2019. He studied law at the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas). He was a tax inspector (1988-1997), specializing in corporate taxation. He was a lecturer and then professor at the University of Burgundy (1997-2013). A disciple of Professor Maurice Cozian, who prefaced his thesis, Christophe de la Mardière co-edited the mixtures of this great master of tax law. He was an associate of a law firm at the Conseil d'Etat and the Cour de cassation (1997-2008) and a member of the committee on abuse of tax law (2009-2013). In 2011, he was president of the jury of the "Trophée du meilleur jeune fiscaliste". He is a member of the board of directors of the International Institute of Tax Sciences, the European Association of Tax Law Professors, the French Society of Public Finance and the Society of Legal History. He is also the editorial secretary of the European and International Tax Law Review.
