Professional career of Bérangère Condomines
Bérangère Condomines holds a PhD in Management Sciences. Since 2013, she has been a lecturer at the CNAM and, more specifically, the national manager of the professional title registered with the RNCP* level 2 Human Resources Manager. Her work focuses on HRM and mainly on skills and performance management. Thus, her thesis is devoted to the study of the predictive link between individual competence and individual performance at work (under the supervision of Professor J-F AMADIEU, University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).
