Angélina Armandy defended her dissertation titled: “Innovation Initiatives in the Public Sector: What Effects Do They Have on the Public Servants Involved? The Case of the Public Innovation Laboratory and State and Regional Startups” in the field of management sciences at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM) in 2024.
She has worked for 25 years in the public sector within the Ministries of National Education and of Higher Education, Research, and Space.
She is currently in charge of individual and group coaching within the CNAM’s Human Resources Department. She is also a member of the communities of coaches, facilitators, and co-development leaders at the DITP (Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation).
